New Summer Spin on a Classic: Smashburger PB&J Shake
School's out, but that doesn't mean peanut butter and jelly has gone away, too.
Put away your sandwich bags and grab a spoon.
This summer, Smashburger is offering a new secret menu item that puts a fresh spin (literally) on a lunchtime staple. The Häagen-Dazs Peanut Butter & Jelly Shake is a hand-spun mix of vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup and crushed Nutter Butter Cookies.
The burger chain says the new shake was created by guests, and is debuting in July in honor of National Ice Cream Month.
If you want to get in on the celebration this summer, you can drop by the Smashburger in Rancho Peñasquitos at 13219 Black Mountain Rd. between now and Sept. 30 to try the Peanut Butter & Jelly Shake.
