The Bluffs, a 68,700-square foot office building with 25 tenants on West Bernardo Drive, has been sold for $18 million, according to the San Diego Business Journal.
Davlyn Investments Inc. bought the property at 16870 West Bernardo Dr. from the Brandywine Realty Trust, according to the report.
