The Dailey Method is a ballet-inspired fitness regiment. During hour-long classes, students engage in a combination of barre exercises, stretching and orthopedic exercises. The exercise aims to condition core strength and build long, lean dancer's bodies. The 2,400-square-foot facility features two studios, a locker room and a fitness apparel shop. Class is open to participants of all skill and fitness levels. On-site childcare is available.
