Brett's BBQ (motto: "If It's Not Smoked, It's Not Barbecue."), is a Southern barbecue joint. All meats are rubbed with a special blend of spices, and the original Brett's barbecue sauce, made from scratch every morning. Barbecue items include pulled pork, beef brisket, pulled chicken, cheeseburgers and Texas rope sausage. Other items include baked potatoes, onion rings, sweet potato fries and macaroni and cheese.
