Relay for Life Hits Rancho Bernardo This Weekend

The relay raises money for the American Cancer Society.

People run and walk through Rancho Bernardo Community Park all of the time, for exercise, for fun or just to get outside.

This Saturday, it will be for a cause.

Relay for Life Rancho Bernardo, the local leg of a national walk-run fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, is coming to the park from 9 a.m. Saturday until 9 a.m. Sunday. The 24-hour relay brings together those who both have and have not been diagnosed with cancer, and those who both do and do not know someone who has been affected.
