More than 60 volunteers were honored during Saturday's third annual Hats Off to Volunteers ceremony at Webb Park.

The event, in association with the Rancho Bernado Community Foundation, recognizes outstanding volunteers from organizations throughout Rancho Bernardo in 10 different categories.
