Let's say you have an hour of free time and you don't want to spend it at your house. Where do you head? Do you go to a bookstore, a clothing store, a local coffee shop?
Patch is looking for the best place to kill an hour in RB, PQ or 4S. We're relaunching its Readers’ Choice program and we’re asking you, your friends, family and neighbors to tell us which is the best.
