State Holds First Local Redistricting Meeting in San Marcos

California's Citizens Redistricting Commission is conducting meetings across the state to gather public  input to create new Congressional, Assembly, Senate and Board of Equalization districts.

CSU San Marcos hosts the first San Diego County meeting in the campus' McMahan House Great Room. Another meeting will be held Saturday in the Mountain View community in San Diego.

The maximum time for each speaker is 2 minutes. Speaker numbers may be obtained one hour prior to the posted time of the hearing. See media box for full instructions, including alternative means of submitting testimony.
