San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis is scheduled to be the guest speaker at Thursday's meeting.
The Rancho Bernardo Community Council is set to host San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis as its guest speaker at 7 p.m. Thursday in the .
Dumanis, who also is running for mayor of San Diego, is set to discuss a bill about clemency and auto theft.
