TRAFFIC ALERT: Overturned Tractor-Trailer Blocking Lanes

A crash is blocking lanes on Interstate 15.

City News Service is reporting that an overturned tractor-trailer is blocking all but one lane on northbound Interstate 15, near Bernardo Center Drive in Rancho Bernardo.

The California Highway Patrol is handling the incident, according to CNS. There are no immediate reports of injuries.
