One Person Hospitalized After I-15 Crash
The multi-vehicle crash happened just before noon on Saturday.
One person was hospitalized Saturday following a multiple-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 in Rancho Bernardo, according to the California Highway Patrol and fire officials.
The crash possibly involved up to six vehicles, and was reported shortly before noon in the freeway’s left northbound lane near Bernardo Center Drive, according to the CHP.
One vehicle came to a stop facing the wrong way and blocked the left lane, the CHP reported. Three tow trucks were called in to remove the wrecked vehicles.

One person who was injured in the crash was taken to a hospital, a San Diego Fire-Rescue Department dispatcher said.
