Masked Gunman Robs RB CVS; Cash and Cigarettes Stolen

The robber took place just after midnight, according to SD police Officer David Stafford.

A masked gunman robbed a CVS pharmacy in Rancho Bernardo this morning, taking cash and cigarettes, police said.

The robbery took place just after midnight at 16773 Bernardo Center Drive, said San Diego police Officer David Stafford.

The robber, who was armed with a handgun, was described as a white man, between 6 feet and 6 feet 3, with short hair. He wore a black ski mask, a gray hoodie, dark jeans and white and black shoes, Stafford said.

According to 10News, the CVS employees stayed safe by locking themselves in a back storeroom, where they called 911.
