A 5-year-old boy fell out of a second-story window and landed on driveway at a home in Rancho Penasquitos early Monday, police said.
The child fell in the 9100 block of Oviedo Street around 6:40 a.m., according to San Diego police. Paramedics took him to Rady Children's Hospital.
The extent of the boy's injuries was unclear, though he was conscious and breathing when help arrived, SDPD Detective Gary Hassen said.
