San Diego County Sheriff's Department took in a 19-year-old suspect on Friday with robbery and possession of marijuana charges.
At 11:30 a.m., detectives from the 4S Ranch and Encinitas Sheriff's Stations executed a robbery search warrant at the 31000 block of Daniel Way in Temecula, where Notriga Mandegar was placed under arrest.
Mandegar was taken into custody and booked into jail.
He is the second suspect arrested in a case where the victim attempted to purchase a cellular telephone from an online advertisement. The Sheriff's Department said when the victim met the suspects, Mandegar showed the victim a gun and told him to give him his money. Sgt. Todd Norton reported that Mandegar then fled from the suspects and reported the incident to the 4S Ranch Sheriff's Substation.
