In addition to celebrating the annual grants, the evening includes a panel of women instrumental in making the new Central Library a reality for San Diego, who will share their early inspirations, their spirit of philanthropy and the community effort that was needed to make it happen. The panel includes: Darlene Shiley, Judith Harris, Katie Sullivan, Deborah Barrow, Helen Griffith, Carmen Vann, and moderated by Gail Vetter Levin.
