Document Shredding and FREE Electronics Recycling Drop Off

A Document Shredding and FREE Electronics Drop Off event will be held Saturday November 2nd from 10am-2pm at CVS Pharmacy located at 14589 Camino del Norte , San Diego, Ca 92128.

Bring your confidential documents for shredding ON-SITE and drop off your working and non working electronics for recycling. The Electronics Recycling drop off is FREE to everyone (donations are welcome). We accept anything that plugs in or runs on batteries (sorry no large appliances, light bulbs, alkaline batteries, or smoke detectors). There is a $5 per file box donation fee for paper shredding. Onsite computer hard drive removal and destruction is also available ($20 to remove from computer and destroy or $10 to destroy a hard drive that has already been removed from the computer).

Documents will be shredded and Computer Hard Drives will be punched and destroyed on-site at this event while you watch. Don't become one of the 9 million people affected by Identity Theft each year with approximately 75% resulting from documents getting into the wrong hands.

This event is sponsored by Rancho Bernardo High School PTSA Safe and Secure Grad Nite Committee, I Love A Green California, and Proshred Security. All document shredding is done by NAID certified PROSHRED Security. Electronics will be recycled locally through a certified electronics waste recycler. All companies have partnered together to provide this valuable service to the community and raise funds for a Safe and Secure Grad Nite for Rancho Bernardo High School students.
