Zumba® Dance Fitness for Seniors

The Zumba® Fitness program fuses Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow

moves.  The routines feature interval

training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are

combined to tone and sculpt while burning fat. 

Add some Latin flavor and international zest to your workout by

attending our free Zumba® class for seniors, every Tuesday at 6 p.m.!
