Short Term Host Families Needed for International Students

American Home Life, a Christian non-profit, is seeking short-term host families in January 2014. Ideally, families need to be located in the South Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, Poway, Escondido or San Elijo areas. Here are some of the program details:

Dates: January 16-27th

Ages: Middle School Chinese Students

Placement: 2 students per host family (either 2 boys or 2 girls) We can place either girls or boys depending on your family dynamics.

Location: Students need to arrive Monday - Friday at Grace Church, 10960 Via Frontera, San Diego between 8-9 am and picked up between 5-6 pm.

Meals: Host families provide breakfast, a bag lunch, and dinner including transportation each day for students.

Payment: Host families are paid $286 at the end of the program.

Requirements: Background check/security screening (provided at no cost to host family). Students can share a bedroom but must have their own bed (futon, cot, etc are acceptable).
