Run + Yoga Training Program

Running and Yoga make the perfect pair of strength and flexibility.

Join the Sole Health and Wellness and Ignite Yoga Fusion Run + Yoga program and train for the Carlsbad Half Marathon on January 27th. In this unique program, we’ll focus on bringing your running to the next level. With twice weekly coached runs on Tuesday nights and Sunday mornings, detailed 12-week training plan, informational seminars, and weekly yoga class, we’ll increase your endurance and stamina, balance strength, increase range of motion and flexibility to help you be the runner you’ve always wanted to be!

Join us for an informational meeting at Ignite Yoga Fusion on Tuesday, October 30th at 6:00pm. Meet Coach Jenn Gill, learn about the program and have all your questions answered!


Here are the logistics about the program:


What:      12 Week Running + Yoga Program
When:     November 13th through January 27th
             (Info session on 10/30 at 6:00pm at Ignite)
Where:    Ignite Yoga Fusion
Time:       Every Tuesday at 6:30PM and Sunday at 8:00AM
Price:     $199 (race registration is not included)
