The FBI stops in RB; School bands take the stage; Holiday hints for dogs, cats and in-laws.

Here is a look at some of the stories from the past week:

  • It was a festive and friendly battle of the bands this past week, with Turtleback Elementary School's fifth grade band and orchestra holding their first concert on and Rancho Bernardo High and Bernardo Heights Middle School playing in a on Thursday.
  • The offices of Investors Finance Inc. on West Bernardo Drive were by the FBI on Wednesday. In recent months, concerns have been raised about how the firm helped homeowners with loan modifications.
