Webinars Offer Strategies for Caregivers' Stresses

A series of free webinars will help caregivers learn how to deal with some of the challenges of their responsibilities.

Who takes care of you when you’re spending all your time taking care of someone else? It’s a problem for many caregivers, and one that adds to the stress of taking care of someone else 24 hours a day.

Here’s some help: a series of free webinars for caregivers is being offered on Fridays during lunch hours and here’s the best part—caregivers can watch and participate in the 45-minute webinar from any computer or mobile device that has access to the Internet.

These webinars are being offered by the San Diego Health and Human Services Agency Aging & Independence Services, in conjunction with the Caregiver Coalition of San Diego.
