Labor Day Weekend DUI Checkpoint Set
Police will be on the lookout for drivers under the influence.
The San Diego Police Department will be conducting DUI checkpoints at undisclosed locations throughout the city over the Labor Day weekend.
The checkpoints are scheduled to occur overnight Saturday between 7 p.m. and 4 a.m.
The special enforcement, which happens throughout the year, is funded through a grant by the California Office of Traffic Safety through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
