And the Winner of a Free Horseback Riding Lesson is...

Readers were asked to comment on a post announcing the contest earlier this week.

Congratulations to Angie Ohr who was randomly selected as the winner of one day of free horseback riding lessons courtesy of Skye Valley Training!

Here's what she wins, after leaving a comment on a post earlier this week announcing the contest:

The child will spend a day with one of Skye Valley Training's talented instructors on June 25. Camp sessions are small, at six or fewer with a minimum of two people (trainer and counselor) managing the camp. During the day at camp, the winner will receive riding lessons and learn the basic parts of a horse, how to bathe and groom a horse, among other things. This is an $80 value.

Regarding Patch's response to this comment: A 'typo' is when someone hits the wrong key on theRead More keyboard, like typing "Democrut" or "Demacrat." Calling a Democrat a Republican is a MISTAKE and party affiliation is very easy to check check these days. Maybe this is just a "blog," I'm not sure. But if it's a "news site", and the people writing stories are purporting to be "journalists" or "reporters" could easily do better and should do so. Let's not minimize a factual error in a "news" story as a "typo."
