Have Some Fall Fun and Wipe Out Your Christmas Shopping at Craft Fair

A local church is holding a two-day fair that promises lots of family fun.

The fall season brings lots of fun activities—pumpkin picking, apple picking and plenty of fall fairs. Rancho Bernardo is joining the fall fun this weekend with a local craft fair.

is holding a two-day festival that will feature more than 60 craft artists and plenty of homemade baked treats. The is great for those looking for a relaxing weekend activity or early Christmas shoppers.

There will be 8,500 square feet of customized items from crafters, so your options are wide open. There will be food and other sweet treats available for purchasing. A coffee truck will be on site to plant warm drinks in your hand as you shop around. Food trucks will also be a part of the fair, so bring your appetite.

For the kids, there will be a carnival section, complete with games and crafts to keep them busy and happy.

The crafty fun starts on Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. It continues through to Saturday, with a pancake breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and a costume parade at 9:45 a.m. Bring your kids dressed up in their costumes (since they’re dying to wear them already) and have some carnival fun. Admission to the fair is free, but bring plenty of cash for gift buying and a treat or two for yourself.
