What's Up: Bring your kids to the library to practice reading. Kids can read to Buddy the dog to enhance their reading skills.

What's Up: San Diego Horticulture Society will host the Spring Garden Tour. Discover six luscious gardens in Lake Poway on a self-guided tour. Check in will be at Poway High School.
When: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 6.

What's Up: Poway Chamber of Commerce will present the Poway Spring Festival. The family friendly street festival will feature a classic car show, vendors and more.
When: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 7.

Price: Free.

What's Up: Southern California Ballet will present, 'Something Old, Something New.' The show will feature three ballet performances.
When: 7 p.m. on Sunday, April 7.
