FREE CLASSES AT POWAY VILLAS: Healthier Living With Chronic Conditions
Who can benefit? Anyone with an ongoing health condition, family members or friends of someone with an ongoing health condition, anyone who would like more energy or reduced fatigue, and anyone interested in becoming more physically and socially active.
Information Session - June 18, 930am-12pm.
Class Dates - Starting on June 25, the class will meet six consecutive Wednesdays, 9:30am-12pm.

Partners in Care Foundation is the statewide Technical Assistance Center for the California Departments of Aging and Public Health, providing ongoing technical support to organizations and leaders offering Healthier Living and other evidence-based health promotion program
