3rd Annual Patriotic Pet Event a Huge Success

The 3rd Annual Patriotic Pet Contest hosted by the Rancho Bernardo Community Council was a huge success this year.  Larry Himmel from Channel 8 news was once again the judge for the event. Coverage of the event can be seen here: Saluting San Diego's most patriotic pets - San Diego, California News Station .    Each pet who registered received a reusable tote bag filled with goodies for both pets and humans. While every pet who participated was a winner, awards were given to first through third place as well as some honorable mentions.  Prizes/awards were donated by KAHOOTS Pet Store - Rancho Bernardo, CA and K9 Dog Park in Escondido.  Photos from the event can be seen on the Rancho Bernardo Community Council's facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Rancho-Bernardo-Community-Council/160881257280748?ref=hl
